I’ve had my Porsche Macan serviced at PKW a few times now, and I’ve been really happy with the experience. They have a great special price for oil changes, and everyone is always helpful and willing to answer my questions. I also really appreciate that they help arrange Lyft to get me home and back to pick up my car. It makes the whole service experience so easy and convenient. Highly recommend PKW!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with PKW! Everyone I spoke with was so kind, professional, and informative from the very beginning. I came in to get an oil change, and since European vehicles can sometimes take a little longer to service, they didn’t want me sitting around waiting. They were kind enough to give me a ride home, and then came back and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. That level of customer service really stood out to me! I normally take my Audi to the dealership for oil changes, which costs me around $202 every three months. At PKW, my oil change was only $116, so I was able to save money while still getting great service. Plus, they’re only about seven minutes from my home, which is incredibly convenient. I also want to give a special thank-you to Mike. He was so nice and helpful on the phone, very detailed about everything he noticed with my vehicle, and took the time to explain the different services PKW offers. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was. I’m very happy I found PKW and will definitely be returning. 100% recommend them! If you have a European vehicle and want knowledgeable service, fair pricing, and excellent customer se

2019 GTI was in need of inspection and alignment after a recent curb strike. I was fully prepared to find some mechanical damage or be upsold on “discoveries” wherever I took my car. Called PKW and spoke with Chris through the appointment and inspection. He was extremely transparent and professional during the entire process. He insisted they do a thorough inspection of the suspension and steering components before attempting an alignment. No surprises, no bad news, just honest mechanics not finding anything wrong with the car. They came in at the quoted price and completed the job quickly, and most importantly correctly. I am happy to have discovered PKW Motorwerks! I will be taking my car back there for sure in the future. I have been to several mechanics over the years but PKW knows German cars best. Trust them!

I had a fantastic experience at this shop thanks to Sean and Chris! They provided top-tier customer service from start to finish. I was dealing with a specific issue that needed immediate attention, and they were incredibly flexible in working with my schedule to get it resolved. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely listens and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. Sean and Chris were professional, communicative, and made sure the repair was done right. If you’re looking for a shop that is both skilled and easy to work with, this is the place. Highly recommend!"

One of the better repair facilities in the Naperville-Plainfield area for imported vehicle. Took my BMW 330 there today for some break work and scheduled maintenance and had an excellent experience. Far better service, quality of work and personalized attention by them. Sean was excellent and a pleasure to work with. He and his team took excellent care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.
